The  Director  of  Customer  Acquisition  is  responsible  for  bringing  new  customers  efficiently  through  a diverse  and  rapidly  evolving  performance-based  media  mix  towards  Amazon,  web,  and  other  online retail channels. He/She is responsible in driving demand and recruits new customers through paid, organic, affiliate, offline, and retargeting efforts. 

The Director of Customer Acquisition will have full ownership of our performance marketing budget and forecast and will be responsible for meeting ambitious acquisition targets across multiple product lines and geographies. He/She will develop and lead an exceptional, highly motivated team, and will  lead  the  build-out  of  a  best-in-class,  scaled  performance  team  to  support  our  quickly  growing omnichannel strategy and global expansion that systematically attracts and converts new customers. 


  • Strategically  attract  and  convert  users  through  customer  acquisition  channels  and  various methods while measuring and minimizing customer acquisition costs and customer churn, as well as constantly improving on strategy
  • Enthusiastically lead strategy, forecasting, and execution of new customer acquisition across all channels, including Amazon PPC and Google Ads, through critical thinking and extreme attention to data
  • Project  manage,  hire,  develop,  and  lead  a  team  of  highly  motivated  and  disciplined  acquisition marketing professionals to support the company‚Äôs growth objectives
  • Test, develop, and scale market specific strategies to accelerate international growth
  • Own and report on all acquisition KPIs including CAC, LTV, and all campaign level metrics
  • Develop a strategic roadmap (including aggressive testing plans) for continued growth across all core markets and product lines
  • Establish a high standard for A/B testing, experimentation, and iteration across all channels
  • Partner  with  Retention  &  Analytics  teams  to  ideate,  implement,  and  measure  strategies  to increase customer lifetime value
  • Identify, build, and  optimize new customer journeys/flows  and flywheel model in collaboration with Engineering, Brand, Retention, and Sales to drive continuous improvement
  • Build attribution methodologies, financial inputs, and manage against CAC and Customer LTV
  • Own  and  continually  improve  attribution  methodology  to  ensure  maximum  return  across  all media investments
  • Drives aggressive and systematic testing agendas across conversion flows, offers, media channels, and more

  • 5  to  9  years  of  experience  within  digital  marketing,  preferably  in  a  fast-paced  and  high-growth business, including, ideally, an experience in a scale-up or start-up
  • Proven record of creating and executing successful digital acquisition (B2C) campaigns
  • Good  knowledge  of  acquisition,  optimization  &  data  tools  such  as  Paperform,  Zapier, DataStudio & more
  • 100% target-oriented, with a sharp analytical mind
  • A true passion and understanding of Data and data-driven businesses
  • Solid organizing skills and the capability to play multitask comfortably in an ever-changing fast-growing environment

  • Previous management and leadership experience


  • Monday to Thursday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/DST
  • Friday | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST/DST
