CRM Specialist - Email (Remote)



The CRM Specialist will be primarily responsible for the growth of loyalty members base, development of various platforms to engage potential and current members; and providing an extensive membership value to the loyalty base.  The candidate is expected to be resourceful, internet-savvy and always on the look for the latest e-commerce & retail trends.


  • Increase the member base loyalty program
  • Develop membership entry points
  • Participate in data collection programs
  • Develop and implement strategic lead generation and awareness campaigns that will drive customers interest to sign up for the loyalty program
  • Conduct surveys, research and mappings for the expansion of loyalty base
  • Develop cross channel programs that will engage customers to interact with the program e.g. ManyChat Flows, pack inserts, retail
  • Optimize customer entry points and manage conversions
  • Coordinate the creation of promotional materials and native sites content with the Digital Marketing Team
  • Develop, implement and manage social media ads
  • Develop conversion programs that will increase member sales participation versus universe
  • Analyze browsing behavior, demographic and psychographics profile of social media and native sites audience as guide in devising strategies for promotions
  • Partner with in-house and/or third-party brands to provide extensive membership value to the members (e.g. rewards club, tie ups)
  • Perform other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate manager or by the management as company see fits

  • At least 2 years’ experience in CRM Management
  • Solutions-oriented, results-driven and inherently resourceful
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to use positive language and ‘read’ customers through personalization
  • Can easily adapt to a fast-growing company setup
  • Self-starter, has a sense of accountability and needs minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field
  • Windows Operating System 8 or higher
  • Wired DSL Internet connection with 5 MBPS
  • Back up for power outages and internet interruptions


  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/DST | Monday to Friday
